Failure to comply with a KYC request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Payments

Bbs117 accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit limit is RM 10 for standard methods.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation.
• Bbs117 does not cover any charges imposed by your bank or digital wallet provider.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes and not solely to take advantage of bonuses without any genuine intent to play.
• Bbs117 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5Withdrawal

Valid winnings may be withdrawn at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 for standard methods.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your bbs117 account.
• Withdrawals requiring KYC verification will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals involving winnings from bonuses must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bbs117 processes withdrawals within 15–30 minutes for DuitNow and digital wallet methods, and up to 4 hours for manual bank transfers.
• Bbs117 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by bbs117 are subject to wagering requirements as specified in their respective promotion terms. Winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

6.2 One Bonus Per Promotion

Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms. Attempts to claim the same bonus more than once through different accounts or any other means are prohibited.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

7Game Rules

All games available at bbs117 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is substantial evidence of a technical error.

• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption affecting game outcomes, bbs117 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager.
• Accepted bets and completed games cannot be cancelled at the player's request.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, or unintended odds discrepancies (arbitrage).

9Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your bbs117 account login credentials secure. bbs117 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence or carelessness.

10Account Termination

10.1 Termination by Member

You may close your bbs117 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any valid balance in your account may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

10.2 Termination by bbs117

Bbs117 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, refusal to comply with KYC requests, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

11Limitation of Liability

Bbs117 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or temporary platform unavailability.

Online gaming involves financial risk. Members acknowledge that they participate at their own free will and bear full responsibility for any losses incurred.

12Terms Amendment

Bbs117 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances.

By continuing to use the bbs117 platform after the amended Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
